Computer Concepts has been providing computer repair, upgrade and installation services in Hampton Roads since 2003. Our team of highly trained and personable staff is dedicated to helping you understand your technology and what ails it before you make a decision about what to do next. With retail locations in Chesapeake, Yorktown and Williamsburg, Virginia, our technicians provide services across Hampton Roads.
Whether you live in Virginia Beach or Lanexa, our convenient services are just a phone call away. We provide service in our stores, at your home or office or by phone using remote control technology. We also fix a wide range of devices from PCs to Apple products. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we provide warranty service across Apple's entire lineup of products.
Since the beginning, we've been devoted to providing only the highest quality technology products. Knowing what it's like to buy a product only to have it break down just after the warranty expires, we only stock products that we're willing to personally back. That's why when it comes to all new PCs sold in our stores, we extend all warranties to three years. At any time during that period, simply bring your computer into one of our three stores and we will service it free of charge.*
In addition, we've become HUGE Apple fans since becoming an Apple Authorized Reseller in 2009. The popularity of Apple's products is driven by an inherent focus on quality and performance. A focus we've believed in for years.
In addition to PCs and Apple products, we also stock tablets and computer hardware in each of our locations.
Back in 2003 when our customers' computers started contracting viruses at an alarming rate, we understood how important it was to educate them on the causes of computer viruses and various prevention methods. We spent a lot of time with each customer and ultimately it prevented them from having to come back with a new virus any time in the near future. While some computer stores saw this as business suicide, we saw it as an opportunity to build trust.
Since that time, we've provided training for the communities we serve in partnership with organizations like WALT and Williamsburg Landing. We initially had two full-scale classrooms but, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we are now proving one-on-one training in store and online. This allows us to continue to provide training to individuals and small groups across a variety of technology related topics.
Our personal computer security training remains one of the most popular topics and we continue to give away a free training session with each new computer sold so that our customers are prepared to adopt the latest features of their new Apple or Windows computer, iPhone or iPad purchase.
